Registration Information

Please use this site to register and pay for this year's Grand Guardian Council Session.  All attendees must be pre-registered; registration is due by October 23, 2024. To attend the Business Sessions, you must be a registered attendee. Persons not registered shall not be allowed entrance into GGC business sessions.

All attendees will check-in onsite.  Registration hours will be: 

Wednesday 11/13, 7:00pm-9:00pm 

Thursday 11/14, 9:00am-4:00pm

Friday 11/15, 6:45am-12:45pm  

Please note that Elections will begin promptly at 8am on Friday, 11/15, and in order to vote during Elections, voting delegates must be registered by 7:45am on 11/15.

Please make sure all information is entered accurately.  Adults registering as a Voting Delegate, must include eligibility for voting.  Registration name needs to match the name on the CAV certificate.  All Bethel members, registering to attend the Annual Session, will need to present a current dues card upon check-in.  Bethel members and guests who are only attending Saturday's Installation do not need to pre-register.

Proxy delegates must submit a letter from the Executive Bethel Guardian Council per CA-B-GGC, Article IX, Election, Voting Privileges, and Proxy, Section 3 Proxy. All instructions must be followed for a Proxy delegate to be allowed to vote.

Housing Information

Hotel reservations are online at https://group.doubletree.com/ghr31e. Reservations must be made by October 24, 2024 at midnight, to obtain the group rate.  Please make every effort to register for your room at the DoubleTree to help us meet our hotel room night obligation.  Please contact Rob Boswell, Arrangements Committee Chair, at [email protected] with housing questions.

Parking Information

Self-Parking is available only at the City of Modesto 9th Street Parking Garage, which has a skywalk connected to the hotel.  

Complimentary "same" day Self-Parking for Session attendees will be available.  (Parking pass validation will be available at the hotel registration desk.)  

Reduced overnight Self-Parking fee of $6 per standard-sized vehicle, per night will be extended to overnight guests only in the City of Modesto's 9th Street Parking Garage.

Valet Parking is $17.00 per night, per car.
