2023 CAJDI Grand Guardian Council Session Registration

Registration Information

Please use this site to register and pay for this year's Grand Guardian Council Session.  All attendees must be pre-registered; registration is due by October 18, 2023. To attend the Business Session, you must be a registered attendee. Persons not registered shall not be allowed entrance into GGC business sessions.

All attendees will check-in onsite.  Registration hours will be: 

Wednesday 11/8, 7:00pm-9:00pm 

Thursday 11/9, 9:00am-4:00pm

Friday 11/10, 6:45am-12:45pm  

Please note that Elections will begin promptly at 8am on Friday, 11/10, and in order to vote during Elections, voting delegates must be registered by 7:45am on 11/10.

Please make sure all information is entered accurately, and if registering as a Voting Delegate, include eligibility for voting.  Registration name needs to match the name on the CAV certificate.  Bethel members who are only attending Saturday's Installation do not need to pre-register.

Proxy delegates must submit a letter from the Executive Bethel Guardian Council per CA-B-GGC, Article IX, Election, Voting Privileges, and Proxy, Section 3 Proxy. All instructions must be followed for a Proxy delegate to be allowed to vote.
